You purchase all the parts. We recommend a full parts list based on your budget and goals, then you buy directly from the retailers of your choice. Once you have everything, we handle the build. This way you keep all manufacturer warranties and have full control over your spending.
At minimum: your budget and your main use case (gaming, editing, streaming, school, etc.). The more detail you give us the better — things like target resolution, whether you need Wi-Fi, case size preferences, and specific games or apps you care about all help us tailor the parts list to what you actually need.
Absolutely. Send us what you have — a PC Part Picker link works great — and we'll review it for compatibility and balance. If something looks off or could be optimized for your budget, we'll let you know.
We run basic stability checks to confirm the system boots correctly, temperatures are within normal ranges, and all core components are recognized. This isn't a full burn-in or benchmarking session, but it catches anything obviously wrong before you take it home.
Build fees are communicated clearly before any work starts — you won't be surprised at the end. The fee covers assembly, cable management, BIOS setup, and basic testing. It does not cover the cost of the parts themselves. For complex builds, we may request a partial deposit upfront.
Component warranties are between you and the manufacturer — we don't sell the parts so we can't cover defects. That said, we're happy to help you through the warranty process. If a defective part requires additional build time, we'll work with you on that.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the build and how quickly all parts arrive. We'll give you an estimate during the consultation and keep you updated throughout. Common delays are usually shipping-related or missing parts, not build time itself.
Yes — if you have compatible parts ready, we can handle upgrades too. Reach out with the details of your current machine and what you're looking to upgrade, and we'll let you know if it's something we can help with.
We provide a limited workmanship warranty covering issues that result from assembly — things like loose cables, improper seating, or other craftsmanship problems. This does not cover manufacturer defects, damage from misuse, overclocking, power surges, or third-party repairs after the fact.
