Service scope, customer-supplied parts, testing, and responsibilities. Please read before requesting a build.

Riftline PC offers:
Riftline PC does not sell computer parts directly. All components are purchased by the customer.
- Custom PC building and assembly
- Parts recommendations and consultation
- Troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
- PC upgrades (when compatible parts are provided)
By using our services, you agree to:
If parts arrive defective or incompatible, additional build time may be required.
- Provide accurate information about your budget and build requirements
- Purchase all recommended parts unless otherwise discussed
- Ensure parts arrive undamaged and in working condition
- Keep all receipts and manufacturer warranties
Riftline PC reserves the right to request a partial deposit for complex builds.
- All build fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of the build, unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
- Build fees cover assembly, cable management, installation, testing, and labor — not the cost of parts.
Riftline PC provides a limited workmanship warranty covering:

Component warranties are handled by the part manufacturers. Riftline PC can assist you with the warranty process, but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions or delays.
- Build-related issues resulting from assembly mistakes
- Loose cables, improper seating, or other craftsmanship issues
- Manufacturer defects
- Malfunctioning parts
- Damage caused by overclocking, misuse, improper transport, spills, power surges, or third-party repairs
- Software issues unrelated to the initial setup
Estimated build times are provided during consultation but may change based on:
Riftline PC will keep you updated on progress and expected completion dates.
- Shipping delays
- Missing/defective parts
- Customer communication delays
- Build complexity
If you request data transfer or drive reuse:
We never share your personal information with third parties.
- You are responsible for backing up important files
- Riftline PC is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, or drive failure
- Sensitive information should be removed before drop-off
By using our services, you agree that Riftline PC is not responsible for:
Riftline PC’s liability is limited strictly to the cost of labor performed.
- Damage caused by faulty parts
- Loss of data
- Software bugs, operating system corruption, or user-installed programs
- Future hardware failure unrelated to the initial build
We may take photos of completed builds for social media or portfolio use. If you prefer your build not be photographed, simply let us know.
By requesting or receiving services from Riftline PC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
